Terms and Conditions:

FOR DIRECT GUEST RESERVATION:
-  Booking procedures:

• Guests should make a request by phone, e-mail or fax including contact details, name, total person, type of villa and arrival / departure information. Or you could also fill in our reservation field in the website

• Our reservation staff will assist you for the reservation soon after we receive for your inquiry

• We will send you the confirmation booking and ask for your 50% deposit from total villa charge to block the villa

• After we receive for your deposit payment, we will give you the confirmation and block the villa
• We cannot guarantee certain villa numbers, as the villas are assigned during check in within the villa category that is confirmed to you.
  

FOR TOURS & TRAVEL AGENTS:
-  Booking procedures:

• Tours & Travel Agent should make a request by phone, e-mail or fax including a reservation number, person, name and arrival / departure information

• Tours & Travel Agent should pay 50% deposit from total Room Charge for Quaranted reservation

• Danoya Villa will confirm the reservation via email or fax

• Domestic Rate is valid for Indonesian Citizen and Kitas or KIMS Holder

 
-  Payment Policies:

   Terms :   50% due to guarantied reservation request

                 50% balance due upon guest check in.

•   Cash payment or direct deposit into PT. Danoya Wisnu bank account or credit card payment (VISA, Master & Amex).

•   Credit card payment: payment due will be converted from US$ to Rupiah based on the rate of exchange on date of transaction.

Please notice that payment using bank transfer always deducted with bank transfer fee which the amount depends on each bank’s policy.
Please kindly check before you do the transaction, the amount transferred is already including the transfer fee from your bank.

The guest (sender) shall bear all costs as charged by the banks for the transfer of the funds.

Balance of the payment could be done in the villa upon arrival.

-  Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation notification should be made in writing & acknowledged by the note

Low Season     :   Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival date results in 1 night of room charge.

High Season    :   Cancellation made within 21 days prior to arrival date results in 1 night of room charge.         

No Shows         :   100 % of total due will be payable to Danoya Villa.

 
All charges for cancellation or no-shows will be faxed to Tours & Travel Agent and amount due will be collected the following day.
 

Terms and conditions above apply to all Tours & Travel Agent bookings. These terms and conditions shall remain in force for the duration of contract period unless earlier terminated by 60 days notice in writing by either party.
 

Rates and conditions cannot be amended or increased for any reason (excluding increases in Government taxation charges) during the validity of this contract without prior agreement with Tours & Travel Agent and subject to a minimum of 30 days notice.
 

High Season starts from June 15th to August 26^th, 2012 & from Dec 18^th, 2012 to Jan 05^th, 2013
